E' il tempo dell'amore,
lasciati baciare, abbandonati all'estasi del non-tempo,
che tra stelle e fiori vuol farsi posto nel tuo cuore.
lasciati baciare, abbandonati all'estasi del non-tempo,
che tra stelle e fiori vuol farsi posto nel tuo cuore.

Breve info su Klimt
Klimt, Gustav - (Baumgarten 1862-Vienna 1918) Austrian painter. The son of a goldsmith and engraver, he studied in Vienna. In 1879 he participated with his brother Ernst and decoration work, which made him famous and made him get his first awards. In 1897 he was among the founders of the Viennese Secession of which today is an emblem. The decorative style, the charming and sinuous female nuanced depictions in a refined abstraction and symbolic elements of his work makes it the most important artists of Art Nouveau. Among his works, Head Girl (1898, private collection), The Three Ages of Woman (1905), The Tree of Life, Waiting, The Kiss (1908, Vienna, Österreichische Galerie), The Death and Life (1908, Vienna, private collection), Judith (1909, Venice, Museo d'Arte Moderna Ca 'Pesaro), Fritza Riedler and portraits of Adele Bloch-Bauer (1912, Vienna, Österreichische Galerie), Locanda Attersee (1915 to 1916 , United States, private collection).
In the "golden age" Klimt's art is revealed above all thanks to beautiful portraits with a strong prevalence of images of women, filtered through a sophisticated culture and a vision steeped in symbolism. This phase ended in 1909 with the painting Judith II. There followed a period of existential crisis from which Klimt and Art came out after a few years. His style underwent a new phase, the so-called "third phase" klimtiana, reclaimed from the meeting with the colors of the Fauves and Matisse, with the aggressive and impassioned poetry of Van Gogh by Toulouse-Lautrec. Disappear gold and the sleek lines of art nouveau, the protagonist becomes bright color and lively. The minutiae will be replaced with decorative linear jets of bold colors combined with an inexhaustible richness of color. The Cradle of 1918 (unfinished), is proof of that change.
